Child Rights Protection Policy
Always observing the principle of awareness and responsibility in order to become a full-fledged tourism organization that welcomes all customers, including children, Dobedan Hotels blend national and international values and fully comply with the requirements of human rights and children’s rights.
Recognizing that children’s rights are more important and prioritized than any other interest, we work on continuous improvement to ensure the continuity of the system, acknowledging that all the children are actual right-holders.
We cooperate not only with all relevant institutions and organizations but also with non-governmental organizations and local governments in adopting these rights in all areas of life and putting these policies into practice, through the child’s right to life and development, right to protection, right to participation, and right to avoid discrimination.
That’s why we are committed to education and continuous development to ensure all our staff are aware of children’s rights.
Dobedan Hotels does not use child labor, condemns the abuse of child labor, and accepts the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child as its guidelines. In this context, within the framework of the Social State concept, our core principles include taking the necessary legal and administrative measures, improving all necessary conditions, and ensuring that children participate in life more effectively and happily.
